Insurance

I do not bill insurance, and I am considered an out-of-network provider. Flex spending account cards and Health Savings cards can be used for counseling. Also, if your insurance has out-of-network benefits, I can provide you a super-bill (invoice summary of paid sessions) to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, or Mentaya can submit claims for you (see below benefits checker).

Payment

I take direct payment from all major credit and debit cards, Venmo, Cash app, Apple pay, as well as check or cash in person. Flex Spending Account cards and Health Savings cards can also be used.

Cancellation Policy

If you are not able to make it to your appointment, you must cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, or you will be charged your full session fee.
